Pre-Christmas

For the first time in 12 years, we didn't have Christmas at Coventry (that's just a fancy way to say, at Ace's parents house, with all his siblings and nieces and nephews).  We were feeling a bit lost.

Ace's dad has been setting up shop in St. George while Ace's mom is finishing up her work here.  Before she embarked on her holiday travels she spent an evening with us creating a new tradition of having Christmas before Christmas.  The kids got to open a couple of gifts, we played games, ordered pizza, and had lots of treats.

It's a new tradition that is definitely different than what we're used to, but it's one we can get accustomed to, if everyone is leaving Idaho Falls!  ;)  We all had a fun, memorable time.
