The Mucc

It's tradition that our kids miss the last day of school.  It's just a thing.  It's fine.

This year, we headed to a little piece of heaven on Earth, called Winnemucca.  If you haven't been there, you should go.  It's just a...well, in a word...PARTY.

We love to go there because that's where we have family.  And as I've mentioned before, cousins are our best friends, and when their parents are so great, we can't help but have a great time together.  Our nephew graduated from high school as the salutatorian.  He got to speak at graduation. Such a big deal! We combined that big event with the family reunion.

We played lots of games.  Kickball.  Bowling.  Capture the flag.  Bunnco.  Video Games.  Jumped on the trampoline.  Walmart (Oh, how I love the Winnemucca Walmart!!!).   Plus we ate a lot of food.  I just love to eat.  Oh the fun we had.

The sad part was when it was all over.  Gimme went to AZ for a long long time with her cousins to glean some golfing skills from them (and her uncle who happens to be a golf pro on a course down there).  I hated that she was gone for so long, but she had the best time.  It was the highlight of her summer vacation.
Ace flew down to pick her up and got a few holes in...for good measure, you know.
