Totality Awesome

I suppose that since we were a part of history and a bit of an astronomical sensation, I'll mention that we watched the Total Solar Eclipse right from our front yard.

We witnessed 100% totality.

Which is a big deal by the way.

Naturally, becauase of all the hype leading up the the eclipse, I was not that excited about it.  I did however go through the motions and got the glasses for everyone, set up chairs, and even bought a few treats to enchance the experience.

And then, it began.   I was in awe of the beauty and the reverence during the phenomonon.  No question that God exists and that He created all things in heaven and on earth.

Such an amazing experience.  So grateful we could be a witness right from our front yard!
