Summer, Summer, Summertime.

School's out for SUMMER!

We had our annual last day of school water party.  This year, we added a little color...

We laid down the laws of summer, as far as when "friend time" begins and ends each day etc.  

We also introduced our reading rewards.  It's hard for my kids who don't LOVE to read to stay motivated during the summer.  It's much more fun for them to read if they know their friends are reading too, and they're all working together towards the same goal.  

Here's to the beginning of another, 'Not Bummer Summer'!
