So, if you know me, you know that I'm devoted to my family and my religion.
I'm also pretty committed to Oreo's and Diet Coke (and probably always will be).
I'm also a dedicated fan of  David Archuleta and The Biggest Loser.

Which is why,  my trip to Wal-Mart (in Idaho Falls) last Friday was the best ever.  I decided to drive down to Idaho Falls for Memorial Day Weekend because it was my dad's family reunion, and also to get out of this town to reassure myself that civilization still exists.

Anyway, I needed a quick trip to the store (how refreshing it was to get to the store in less than 10 minutes!!) for a few things and a stop at McD's for a Diet Coke (speaking of REFRESHING!!)

As I was walking out of Wal-Mart I passed a girl and I just said, "How's it going?" as I passed.  She just kind of nodded her head.  Well, for about 2 minutes, I was racking my brain, trying to figure out how I knew that girl!  I quickly went through the memory version of my high school yearbook (which is getting more vague as the years pass) and ruled that out, then I quickly browsed my college memory file and still came up with nothing.

When I reached the outer doors, it finally dawned on me who that girl was, so I whipped my cart around and went back into the store where she was still standing.

"You're Kaylee from the biggest loser!" I blurted.

"Yes I am." she said laughing. ( I really hope she didn't notice how hard I was thinking before I realized who she was...)

I was so nervous and excited all at the same time!  I mean, seriously, Kaylee, Moses, and I have been the best of friends every Tuesday night (or Wednesday via HULU)  for the past, 3 months or so!    So of course like a star struck idiot, I asked for their picture.  We talked a little longer, and so now we're pretty tight.  We're even friends on Facebook...how much tighter can you be?  (Ask my Facebook friend David Archuleta, he'll tell you how key Facebook friendship is...)

So, here it is.  The picture I took, of my really good friends.  I'm crossing my fingers that next time I run into them, it will be at the EZ Stop--

Hey, it could happen.

I too am a firm believer in the power of facebook friendships! haha! Erin tried to get me to go with her last week to hear them speak at the Apple-she should've been asking you!

So you are practically a celebrity then, right?! At first I thought you were going to say she was the McDs employee who always gets your Diet Coke. Haha!

Oh, and just wait. People and things you never thought you'd forget are GONE by about 30. I've always prided myself on my practically (not quite) photographic memory. Now people request to be friends on FB and I can't figure out for the life of me where I know them from or how well I know them. 40 is gonna really suck!

That's pretty funny! Did you know they were from my hometown? Yeah, I'm cool..... okay so not really. That is pretty cool that you got their picture. P.S. I hate going to wal-mart with all my kids! I spend half the time telling them to stop touching stuff and the other half of the time telling them to stop to uching each other. A 15 minute trip in there ends up being an hour trip!
