Hoop Stars

The end of the year brings with it, the end of another city league basketball season.  Mulligan played his last game with his team that he has been playing with since he was in first grade.  It was pretty fun to have Cousin L. working the scoreboard during Mulli's game.  It was such a close game!  So exciting.

Mulligan is talented and obsessed with sports and I love it.  We talk sports and it makes me so happy.

And then, there are these cute boys.  Only two of these boys have played on a team before, and the rest of them are in kindergarten playing against first graders.  In the beginning, a couple of them (*cough* Bogey*cough*Double Bogey*) didn't want to let go of my leg and play.  They just wanted to cry.  Thankfully, by the last game, they all wanted in!  They were shooting, scoring, and dribbling down the court with confidence.

Next year, these fellas will be a force to reckon with!  Haha!  But really, I loved coaching them and getting to know them better.  Such cute, fun boys!
